At Timeless Rose, we take pride in the quality and beauty of our preserved roses. Each arrangement is prepared with care to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Due to the custom and delicate nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
If your order arrives damaged or is defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. To process your claim, we require the following:
A clear description of the issue
Photographs of the damaged product and packaging
Your order number and name used during purchase
Once we receive your request, we will assess the situation and may offer a replacement or a full/partial refund at our sole discretion.
Please note that requests made after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for review.
As our preserved roses are handmade and perishable, the following items are not eligible for refund or return:
Products with minor color or shape variations due to natural materials
Orders returned without prior authorization
Any item not in its original packaging (if a return is authorized)
Orders delayed due to carrier issues or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer
Once an order has been confirmed and is being prepared or shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you need to request a cancellation, please reach out to us as soon as possible at sales@timeless-rose.com. While we cannot guarantee cancellations, we will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been processed.
We are not responsible for delays or loss caused by third-party shipping providers. If your item is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier directly for further assistance.
